
Ingredients
BROWNIE BASE
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pkt marshmallows
ICING
1/2 cup butter softened
2 tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbs cocoa
3 cups icing sugar
Preparation
Brownie
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, mix together softened butter, sugar and cocoa until well combined.
Step 2: Add the eggs to the mixture and mix until combined.
Step 3: Add flour, salt & vanilla stir until fully mixed together.
Step 4: Grease a baking tray and pour the brownie mix into the try and spread out evenly
Step 5: Bake for 22-25 mins at 180 degrees (celcius)
Step 6: Allow Brownie to cool for a few minutes before adding a layer of marshmallows on top. Place back into the oven for no more than 3 minutes, checking often, take out once slightly browned on top and have spread. Allow to cool completely.
ICING
Step 1: Soften the butter, not melt, but the butter needs to be at room temperature.
Step 2: Add the milk, vanilla, cocoa and icing sugar to the bowl and mix until completely combined with no lumps.
Step 3: Spread the icing over the top of the marshmallows and brownie, then enjoy!!
