Airfryer Glazed Meatloaf

Ingredients

Meatloaf

750gms minced beef

1/2 cup diced brown onion (or 1 small onion)

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 tbsp parsley (fresh if you have it or the dried is fine)

1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tbsp barbecue sauce

1 tsp mustard

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 egg


Glaze

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1/2 tsp mustard


Preparation

Step One

Combine all of the meatloaf ingredients together in a large mixing bowl

Press firmly into a loaf pan

Cook in airfryer at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.


Step Two

Combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl, after meatloaf has cooked for the first 30 minutes, pour the glaze over the meatloaf and cook for a further 10 minutes at 180 degrees.


Slice and serve with your favourite side dishes!!
